The company's foundation began 17 years ago with Michael Bull, CCIM, CRB, e-PRO. As one of the top producing investment brokers in the nation, Michael was being heavily recruited by the national firms. As he compared the large firms, he became concerned with their philosophy. It was apparent that their marketing was not set up to properly benefit seller clients. He knew there was a better way.

The biggest problem he saw was the lack of broker co-operation. When real estate companies market commercial investment properties, they typically do not work with agents from other firms. In fact they rarely even share available properties and fees with agents in their own firm. So what the client perceives as "national" marketing is actually one agents database marketing.

While some sellers are comfortable with a smaller number of buyers, this practice has been shown to reduce asset value. Sometimes the highest paying buyer is not on the database and new buyers are entering the market every day. It hurts seller clients to utilize a single database and relationships when you can literally use thousands. Michael and his associates envisioned a better platform and in the late 90's began designing systems to cast a wider net to maximize asset value.
